HELLO...!!!
This is a question for MATHS ARYABHATTAS...
ALL THE BEST !!!
Answers
Let the numbers of colours be x
and number of lines
be y
Then according to the question
a child said that
8 times the number of colours is equal to number of lines
so,
8×(x)=y......(1)✅
and other child says if we sum the number of colours and number of lines we get 27
so,
x+y= 27✅
from eq (1)
we will put the value of y
x+8x=27
9x=27
x=3✅
so number of colours =3
number of lines in the wheel =3×8
=24 ✅
"It is blue in colour with 24 spokes and denotes the wheel of the law of dharma. "

SOLUTION
It is given that the number of lines in the blue color wheel equals 8 times the number of colours in the flag.
Let the number of colours in the flag be x and the number of lines in the blue color wheel be y
Then by above Condition, we get
=) y= 8x
This gives,
8x-y=0...........(1)
Also it is given that the sum of the number of colours in the flag and the number of lines in the blue color wheel is 27.
This gives,
=) x+y= 27.........(2)
Add (1) and (2) to get,
=) 8x-y= 0
x +y= 27
_______________
=) 9x= 27
=) x= 27/9
=) x= 3
Put this value in (2) to get
=) 3+y= 27
=) y= 27-3
=)y= 24
So, the number of lines in the wheel is 24.
