Hi there !

_______________________

27 {}^{(2x + 3)}  = 9 {}^{3 }  \\  \\ 3 {}^{3(2x + 3)}  = 3 {}^{2} {}^{(3 )} \\  \\  \cancel3 \:  {}^{6x + 9}  =  \cancel3 \:  {}^{6}  \\  \\ 6x + 9 = 6 \\  \\ 6x = 6 - 9 \\  \\ 6x =  - 3 \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 3}{6}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - 1}{2}
