we have two given points : (x1,y1),(X2,y2) .
here,
x1=-4
X2=2
y1=1
y2=1
slope m= y2-y1/x2-x1
= 0
equation. of line passing through given points is: y-y1/x-x1= y2 - y1/x2-x1
y-y1/ x-x1= 0
y-y1=0
y =y1
y=1
here,
x1=-4
X2=2
y1=1
y2=1
slope m= y2-y1/x2-x1
= 0
equation. of line passing through given points is: y-y1/x-x1= y2 - y1/x2-x1
y-y1/ x-x1= 0
y-y1=0
y =y1
y=1

[0010001111]... Hello Jacob... [1001010101]
Here's your answer...
The points are (-4, 1) and (2, 1)
y1 = 1
y2 = 1
x1 = -4
x2 = 2
Slope of the line (m) = (y2-y1) ÷(x2-x1)
= 1-1/-4-2
= 0
y-y1 = m(x-x1)
y-1 = 0×(x+4)
y-1 = 0 or y = 1
This is the required equation.
