try to uninstall your app and then install it... allow the permission what ever the app want... see if this work

Try to update ur App and try it again.
u will get a album or a camera option when u will ask a question.. u can attach picture through it.
If the problem still continue then it may be the fault of the server or may be a network problem... try when ur network speed is strongest.
