Then BG parallel to CD( parts of parallel lines)

ED parallel to BC

GD parallel to BC(parts of parallel lines)

Therefore BCDG is a parallelogram (all opposite lines are parallel to each other)

Angle GBC = angle GDC( opposite angles of parallelogram)........1

Angle ABC + angle GBC= 180°

Angle GDC + angle FDE= 180° [Angles on the same line]........2

Angle ABC = Angle FDE( using 1 and 2)

Hence Proved
