I would reccomond you to listen to hindi songs with their English translations and you could try speaking with other natives. or you could try Doulingo or Memrise also.You could watch movies with your English subtitles. You could also go through some specific websites which teach English. Its not hard so you just have to give it a try and it'll work if you have having problems while reading then just try speaking. I will reccomond you to go through YouTube they are really helpful.
