1) A terminating decimal and a non-terminating non-repeating decimal can be represented as a rational number. Therefore, a rational number between √3 and √5 are 1.733, 1.734, and 1.735.

2) These number can be 4, 5.76, 6.25. So, there square roots will be the rational numbers between root3 and root7.

Answer:

To find an rational number between 3^2 and 5^2 square both the numbers.

Square of root 3= 3 and square of root 5=5 .

Now we got 3,5 which are rational.Formula to find rational number is

(a+b)/2

Take a=3 and b=5

(3+5)/2

=8/2

=4

Now find the root of 4

Root of 4=2

Hence 2 is a rational number between root 3 and root 5
