no dear, this is not super hard , when you study in 11th class this will be solve by easily . this is inequality .

-(8x - 9)/(3+6)≥9

-(8x -9)/9 ≥ 9

-(8x - 9) ≥81

-8x +9 ≥ 81

-8x ≥ 72

-x ≥ 9

x ≤ -9 { if we change then inequality sign also change )

here you x is equal to less then -9
so , x €( -∞ , -9]
