 { (\frac{2 {x}^{4} }{y}) }^{6}  \div ( \frac{3 {x}^{3} }{ {y}^{2} } ) =  \frac{ {2}^{6} {x}^{24}  }{ {y}^{6} }  \times  \frac{ {y}^{2} }{3 {x}^{3} }

 =  \frac{64 {x}^{21} }{3 {y}^{4} }
