•Yes; 15+7.7 is greater than 7.2.

CORRECT OPTION IS :-
✔No; 7.2+7.7 is less than 15.

BECAUSE;
According to property of triangle;
Sum of any two sides should be greater than 3rd side . If sum of any two sides will be less or equal than 3rd side then triangle cannot be construed.

Here,
7.2+7.7 = 14.9 which is less than 15 . So, this statement correctly tells that triangle cannot be construed.
