Here is ur answer...

We know ,
Power of lens = 1/ focal length (in metre)

So P = 1/ -10 (cm)
P = 1/ - 0.1 (m)
P= -10 D

And diverging lens have negative power

SO, OPTION B IS CORRECT ONE...
