let the angles in triangle be

 \alpha \:  \:   \beta   \:  \: \gamma  \\ given \:  \alpha  =  \beta  = {37}^{.}

so

 \alpha +   \beta +   \gamma  = 180 \\ 37 + 37 +  \gamma  = 180 \\  \gamma  = 180 - 74 \\  \gamma  = 106 \\
