ANSWER:

CT scan: It's full form is computed tomography (CT) scan . It is a medical-test in which a Computer screen produces a 3-D (three dimensional) images of the inside of a person’s body (organs, bones,tissues)  after taking X-rays.


MRI: The full form of MRI is Magnetic Resonance Imaging. It is a technique for producing images of body organs on a Computer screen by using magnetism, radio waves.


TOMOGRAPHY: It is a radiology technique for displaying a clear three dimensional (3-D) image of deep internal structures of a human body or other solid object(like earth).


AUTOPSY: It is also called post-mortem examination. It is a surgical examination of a dead body by dissection to find the cause of death and the extent of disease.


DIALYSIS: It is a process of clinical purification of blood using a machine for the normal functioning of the kidney.


ECG: The full form of ECG is  electrocardiogram or electrocardiograph. It  prepare a graph showing the visual measurement and it  records the electrical activity(pulses) of the heart. By using electrodes placed on the skin.


POST MORTEM: It is also known as Autopsy. It is a surgical examination of a dead body by dissection to find the cause of death and the extent of disease.


ANGIOGRAPHY: It is a medical imaging technique to view the blood or lymph vessels and other organs of body particularly in the arteries, veins and chambers of heart.


BIOPSY: It is an examination of tissue taken or removed from the body to discover the cause of a disease.
