1-because in hypotonic solutions the concentration of water outside the cell is more and therefore it start moving from outside to inside the cell causing it to swell up...
2-in isotonic the cell will remain the same (neither it will swelll up nor shrink).
3-because in hypertonic solutions the concentration of water outside the cell is less and therefore it start moving from inside to outside leading to its shrinking up...
