Here is a question I always wonder of
When you gut the cucumber, and you try to get out that bitterness, What is the white thing you get? And how is that even possible that removing the bitterness on only two sides of the cucumber, removes from the whole?

when we rub the one side of the cucumber on the whole cucumber all the bitterness come out as a white substance as as we rob the bitterness comes out due to to which change which is occurring
