We have come from far away to Delhi for our higher education. We cannot afford the accomodation . We request to please lessen the fee . That would be a great help . As we are new to Delhi , we are not used to the food and culture over here . Please understand our problems and serve us with the food we are used to. I hope you receive this letter . Please solve our problems . And let us know if you can solve.
