You can bake bacon. Put some parchament paper on the bottom of a half sheet pan and lay your bacon strips out on it. Put them in the oven at 300F for about a half hour. The longer you leave your bacon in the oven, the crispier it will get. When I am making bacon for a lot of people, I use full sheet pans and a big oven with about five racks. I bake bacon for 50 in less than an hour.
Frying is done on top of the stove in a shallow pan. Baking is done in an oven. Oh, ok, you are going to quibble. You will say at we roast meat and bake a cake. Still, even though I would usually roast a prime rib or a chicken, I could still say I was baking it and I wouldn't be wrong.
Btw I'm Arianator
