Heya user
Here is your answer !!

__________

When we know the length and perimeter of a rectangle , we can use it to find the breadth of the rectangle .

Then multiplying the length and breadth , we get the area of the rectangle .

For example , the given perimeter of a rectangle is 20 cm and its length is 6 cm .

Now , we know that perimeter = 2 ( l + b ) .
So ,
20 = 2 ( 6 + b )
=> 10 = 6 + b
=> b = 4 cm .

So , area = 6 * 4 sq .cm = 24 sq. cm .
__________

Hope it helps !!
