Hey mate!!
______________________________________________________________
→ Your answer is NO
→ here, m answering this question by talking about blood cancer.
★ Blood cancer is also known as LEUKAEMIA and LYMPHOMAS(tumers of haematpoitic cells)
★ Blood Cancer is basically of two types
1) Chronic Myelogenous Leukaemia
(due, to translocation of 22chromosome and chromosome 9)
2) Burkitt's lymphomia
(due to reciprocal translocation between chromosome 8 snd 9)
Mosquitos don't have such chromosome.... so, no chance of blood cancer.
other,
bone cancer, muscle cancer, lymph node cancer, brain cancer, lungs...etc
organs are not present in mosquito... so no chance.
hope ot helps!!

=======================================
answer: there can be chances of being affected with cancer
reason : Besides mosquito-borne diseases, cancers figure among the leading causes of mortality worldwide. ... The possible activation of cancer pathways by mosquito feeding events is not rare. For instance, the hamster reticulum cell sarcoma can be transmitted through the bites of Aedes aegypti by a transfer of tumor cells.
