ANSWER :- 0.6 A

Explaination :-

Given, Potential difference (PD) = 2v

Resistance 1 (R1) = 4 ¤

Resistance 2 (R2) = 2 ¤

Resistance 3 (R3) = 2 ¤

Now R1 and R2 are connected in parallel

therefore,

1 / R1.R2 = 1/4 + 1/2 = 1 + 2 / 4 = 3/4

R1.R2 = 4/3 = 1.3 ¤ and R3 = 2 ¤

Therefore equivalent Resistance (R)

= 2 + 1.3 = 3.3 ¤

BY OHM'S LAW, Voltage = Current *

Resistance

V = IR

Therefore, I = V / R

Therefore, I = 2 / 3.3 = 0.6 A

Hence, Ammeter will show the reading of 0.6 A

HOPE IT HELPS, PLEASE MARK AS BRAIN LIST
