hey your answer is here

Both tropic and nastic movements are influenced by environmental cues. ... In tropic movements, there is directional growthof a plant, or part of a plant, in response to an external stimulus such as gravity or light. So the direction ofthe stimulus controls the orientation of growth.

hope this help you

_____________✌

Nastic movements differ from tropic movements in that the direction of tropic responses depends on the direction of the stimulus.

whereas the direction of nastic movements is independent of the stimulus's position.

The tropic movement is growth movement but nastic movement may or may not be growth movement.
