Article 14 tells about

a) Rule of Law :-

Article 14 guarantees to every person "equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India". The constitution forbids discrimination between person placed in similar circumstances or conditions.

The laws of the homeland are fair, promulgated and perpetual.The law should be fair consistently, reasonably implemented.

Such as- There is a law that the children aged between 6-14 years gives free and comulsory education.
