• Career prospects are good.
• Life is relaxed and stress free as you only have to work 5 days a week with around 9 hours shift.

Disadvantages-

• There are no proper manufacturing facilities in India.
• Promotions are based on performance.
• Systems designed by DRDO are not exported freely to other countries.

Eligibility Criteria-

• Candidates having first class bachelor degree (minimum 60 % marks)in engineering, technology, electronics, communication, mechanical engineering and computer science can apply for SET exam.
• Age Limit for DRDO SET Exam is 28 years.
• You must be a citizen of India to apply.
