Given,

mass = 70 kg

Gravitational acceleration on moon = 1.62 m/s²

F = m • a

W = m • g

W = 70 kg • 1.62 m/s²

Weight on moon = 113.4 N ... (i)

His mass on the Earth and the moon would be same, a.k.a. 70 kg, because gravitational (rest) mass doesn't depend on gravity...(ii)
