✴Areolar tissue:-

[1] Areolar tissue is mainly connective.
[2] It usually fixes skin with the muscles.
[3] It forms packaging the material in all organs between the muscles.
[4] It's bind the tissue.

✴Adipose tissue:-

[1] It is mainly concerned with the storage of fat.
[2] The cells are packed in a matrix.
[3] The matrix of the tissue consists of fibroblasts, macrophages and col­lagen fibres.
[4] It store the fat.

Adipose tissue: It is a fat storing connective tissue.

-the adipose tissue consists of several spherical or oval adipose cells(=adipocytes/fat cells)

-adipose tissues are found in the subcutaneous tissue, around the heart, kidneys, eyeballs, mesenteries, and omenta, where fat is stored.

-It is also found in blubber of whales, hump of camels, fat bodies of frog

-it functions chiefly as a food reserve or fat depot.
it also helps in production of blood corpuscles.

Areolar tissue :

-it consists of ground substance, the matrix, white, yellow and reticular fibres and cells like fibroblasts, mast cells and maccrophages etc.

- it is found under the skin as subcutaneous tissue between and anround muscles, nerves, blood vessels in submucosa of gastro-intestinal tract and respiratory tract.
it is most widely distributed connective tissue in the body.

-to binds parts together is the primary function of areolar tissue.

-it's other functions are, to provide strength, elasticity, support to the parts where this tissue is present.
it provides rapid diffusion of materials and migration of wandering cells towards areas of infection and repair.
