First of all I want to convey the actual meaning of woman.

We have to understand the sacrifice and hardworking of woman in this society. As in modern era government gives equal rights and some reservation for woman, but we didn't respect woman every day, even in 1 to 2 hours woman faces Quarrels, harassment etc.
Now,
A woman who lived in the Eastern part of India named Riya was a housewife and he has 3 sons and his husband didn't do any work, hence her family suffered from a heavy crisis but after sometime Riya started to do some work. After that, his family life style was changed and after completion of the study of her son his son becomes an IAS officer.
We always think that Man is everything but keep in mind that woman is also equally and sufficient to do the same work as that man can do.
In our daily life women are playing an equal role as compare to man life. Women are playing a vital role in NGO, Office and also field work.
Also, as we know that mother is the first educator who teach the basic information to their children.
Woman's are also participating as a volunteer under this woman gives support to the woman who are facing harassment and other barrier in their life.
Now,
We can make this society safer and respected by changing the minds of the cheap mentality of the people also whenever we saw any man or boy who are misbehaving with a woman or girl we have to take strict action against them without any hesitation. We have to support woman and girl while they face quarrels and harassment by the society.
After the case of Nirbhaya supreme court clearly said that whenever any girl of woman registered complaint, then the police have to take immediate action against the culprit.
Also,
Every parent has to give proper lessons for respecting the woman and girls.
Also,
Parents should have to keep an eye on the girl and woman for seeing that, Is any boy or man is disturbing his daughter or not.
Now,
My inspiration is Kiran Bedi as she was born on 9 June 1949 in Punjab. Her school name was Sacred Heart Convent School and also she joined National Cadet corps at his school. Her father was a tennis player, hence she got this talent from her father.
After completion of schooling she completed graduation in B. A English honors also earned her Master’s degree in Political Science from the Punjab University.
In 1972, she joined the Indian Police Service she worked as She served as Traffic Commissioner of New Delhi, Deputy Inspector General of Police in Mizoram, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor in Chandigarh, Director General of Narcotics Control bureau also Inspector General in Tihar Jail.
She Won many awards and some names are :-
★In 1979 she won Resident’s Gallantry award.
★In 1980 she won Women of the Year award.

★In 1991 she won Asia Region Award For Drug Prevention and control.
★In 1994 she won Magsaysay Award for Government Service.
★In 1995 she won Mahila Shiromani Award.
★In 1995 she won Father Machismo Humanitarian Award.
★In 1995 she won Lion of the Year.
First of all I would like to throw light on women,
Who is a woman? What she does?
A woman is a not a grown up girl child who is treated as a inferior or helper to the society.
She is not an object that you would use and throw out, She is not someone whom you will explicit for your enjoyment.
- Then, Who is a woman? What's her moral importance?
Woman is a person of our society who acts as Creater, Enhancer and Destoryer.
Yup! You may not belive this but the truth is that woman is someone who can make things possible.
She is ultimate Source of Knowledge, skills and Energy.
Now, everyone will ask me "How?"
Let me explain, Do you know How can you reading my writing currently?
This is due to your existence and don't forget, it's your mother who give life to you and hence you have eyes to read this!
She is your friend, She is your sister, teacher everything. Did you remember your Granny?
Who loves you and care you even more than herself. These all are woman who plays a vital role in your life. After you grown up, you will be getting married, after onwards till you die She will be one helping you and will be staying with you the whole journey. And Yes! no doubt If a Woman has made a life withstand then she could make this whole society and the whole world to smile.
- History Of Woman
It's a too sad to say that the history of woman was miserable, upto a large extent woman were not having any rights. If we go to countries like Saudi Arabia still they don't have right to vote.
Indian history is not even different, If we go back we can find women were not allowed to go outside home, not to educate themselves and not even their freedom of choice. They were forcebly trapped in child marriages making their life inside a cage. They were treated as inferior humans and as slaves !
Modern Society And Changes:- (Concept of Women Empowerment)
Every second this world is changing,making huge changed physically, mentally as well as morally. The moral values of women were highlighted in religious text like Mahabharat, Ramayan, Bibel etc. marking the superiority of woman. Even we can found Women being worshipped as Goddess in various forms.
This marks the Moral Empowerment of woman society. The Woman is the real "Sakti" (power) of our society who can make miracles and huge developments.
Now, if we look at our society. Various changes have occurred - Equal rights, Woman respect camps, Women's Day (8th March)etc. are being introduced to make woman societal upliftment.
In the field of science, technology, teaching, defence, management, politics etc. everywhere you can find women being ahead of men.This marks the potentiality of woman in our society.
They have wings since their birth only the society put her in cage.
"Let her fly, you can't find even not at infinity!"
This suggests that woman are not at all below men society rather she is better holder having more patience, love and enough rage to balance this society far better then anyone else!
With respect to time our mind have changed which is a great development in us towards women.
Our Role in Society towards Women
- Keep awareness in your environment towards woman uplifment.
- Keep encouraging people on woman education and job.
- Avoid old notion of thinking towards woman and also suggest others not to involve.
- Maintain equality between males and females in your way of thinking.
- Always respect women, participate in campaigns for woman respect and encourage government to take steps against woman harrasment.
- No doubt if this will adopted by individual the whole family then whole colony,society, nation and the whole world will became much better and improved in all fields till discovered.
