Try to listen to some steady background music or White Noise while doing the subjects you find boring.
You can always motivate yourself and try to find the peak time in a day when you find SS most interesting.
Avoid mobile phone as much as possible.
Try to work intense for some amount of time and take short break.
In this way, your brain and you will come to know that Social science is not a burden.

First of all you must study it by thinking it as you are playing a game. This process is called gamification.
