The particular exam who is giving NEET examination should be well consentrated in studies. Everything which the person is learning he or she would only be able to memorise if well consentrated.

The time required to clear NEET I would not like to mention bcoz everyone's learning patern and capacity is different. So, do it according to your convenience, the only thing necessary is be honest to yourself and don't leave anything from book, read everything bcoz everything is important.

Well, next thing I'd like to mention is way of studying. Everyone has different ways of studying. So, do it according to your style. But make sure to make notes. Note making is very fruitfull. When you make the notes, you sum up all the key points of chapter and meanwhile you learn them while writing and you can refer to them before exam. Also see last year's papers

The last thing and the most important one is will power. Be confident that you will clear NEET. Nothing is impossible. But don't be over confident also. ;P
