Amanda is a poem that traces the longings one has in his childhood . The central idea of the poem Amanda is that children especially teenagers don't like to be over instructed or cared too much . In the poem 'Amanda' , her parents used to nod her all the time which she found annoying and irritating . The same is the circumstance nowadays , children in their own day dreaming think that they are always correct and do not listen to their parents, but the parents should also cooperate with their children to encourage them to have a bright future.
