Q. Find the value of K so that (x-1) is a factor of k^2x^2-2kx-3.

p( x) = k^2 x^2- 2kx-3
the zero of the polynomial
x-1=0
x=1
p(x) = k^2 (1)^2 - 2k (1) -3
=k3-2
k=1
