Coaching Institutes: A trend or a necessity
In this modern competitive era, where competition is all about wining, the youth of today’s generation is taught to drag themselves beyond limits to succeed in every sphere of their life. And when the competition is that fierce, the students are ought to extend their level of knowledge.
Especially, in the metropolitan cities, students prefer to join the coaching institutes to gain that auxiliary knowledge which they require. These coaching institutes are basically a trend these days rather being a need for the students. The students are generally tangled between the studies in their institutes and schools and infer that they have a good profound knowledge of the subject, but the end result is very dissatisfactory where they do not pull it off the way they should do. They end up mixing their teachings and carry an illusive incompetent knowledge proudly!
The coaching institutes have even worsened the whole situation at the schools. The students generally prefer to pay more attention to the things taught to them at their institutes, because of which they do not consider it any right to listen to their teachers at school, adding to this, they even criticize their teachings because of which the interest of the school teachers to impart knowledge to the students is drenching gradually. The prime injure is to those students whose parents cannot afford them to send to such illustrious centers because of all the chaos created in the school.
Another reason for the mushroom growth of these coaching institutes is our education system. Our education system primarily emphasis towards gaining more marks because of which the student join these institutes to follow the various exam patterns created by the teachers that would eventually fetch them more marks.
Procuring knowledge is a very gradual and dynamic process which requires time as per the individual requirements of the children. It is very difficult for the teachers in these institutes to clear the doubts of all the students in such a great number. The sole motive of these institutes is to help the students gain those flashy marks rather than actually helping them to know the concept.
Everything in this universe have its own pros and cons, it merely depends on the one dealing with it. Students should be sensible enough to manage their studies going in both schools and institutes as they cannot compromise with any of them. They should also be respecting the standards of schools so that all those students who do not go to such institutes may also get the golden opportunity to make the best use of it.
The students should also be assertive with their preparations rather than being totally dependent on their institutes for their career. They should also know that at their age, there is no substitute for hardwork, perseverance and self study and they should always keep this in mind –
