smile is the feeling which comes from your heart on ur face when u r really happy unlike the the fake smile on the face.

it is important as it has positive effects on health and heart . it also spreads positivity and when people look at ur true smile they also smile.

my freinds when they r with me im in no danger and they make me smile a lot

if u dont smile u can go in depression sadnees mental fatigue and much more stress

if u r sad then cry all the tears then close eyes and think about the best moment of ur life u will smile

b) Smiling reduces stress that your body and mind feel, almost similar to getting good sleep, according to recent studies. And smiling helps to generate more positive emotions within you. That's why we often feel happier around children – they smile more. On average, they do so 400 times a day.
