Heya. Looks like I may be of some help here!

So lets get simple and straight!
There is a lens in our eyes which helps us to see objects.
✨. and there are also muscles called
ciliary muscles.
✨. So these ciliary muscles are connected to the lens.
✨. And when we see far objects, the ciliary muclscles relax ( stay as they are)
✨. And when we see objects which are closer to us, the muscles contract ( come closer).
✨. When they relax, the lens gets stretched so we can see far objects.
✨. When they contact, lens becomes thick and so focal point decreases.
