Given the measures of the quadrilateral angles are x, (2x +  13),(3x + 10),(x - 6).

We know that sum of the angles of a quadrilateral is 360.

x + 2x + 13 + 3x + 10 + x - 6 = 360

7x + 17 = 360

7x = 360 - 17

7x = 343

x = 49.

Therefore the value of x = 49.

So, the measures of a quadrilateral are 49, (2(49 + 13)), (3(49 + 10)), (49 - 6)

                                                                 = 49, 124, 177, 43.

Hope this helps!
