biological magnification. pesticides are sprayed to protect from insects. absorbed by plants...we take it as food

Pesticide is sprayed on food grains . This pesticide being water soluble gets dissolved in water and is sucked up by plants.

This chemical doesnot degrade and keeps on accumulating at each trophic level in food chain . So the meat we eat will have traces of pesticides
