It is easy all the value ahead of point goes to the power like 106.15 the 106 goes to the power of 10

And the remaining you need to know the log of as we know log 1 is 0 and log 2 is .3 therefore .15 must lie somewhere in the middle

Therefore on putting the values you will get 1.5x10^106
