1.First of all I am going to try go bring transparency in the judiciary of India.
Because India is the only country where judges appoint judges and I feel that's not fair.
2. Connecting rivers
In India a lot of states are every year declared drought hit states and this year there were more than 8 states in the list.
3. Convert the caste based reservation system into economical reservations.
I know this one sounds tough but I can Atleast try.
4. Education free of cost.
As we all know this is the most important thing for any country… No Matter how much it costs education shall be free thought the country for every citizen and no privatization in education.
5. Main focus on the Families of Army,Paramilitary, Police and any other forces who are doing there best for Country ,they will be in special Zone
6.Remove reservation system in entrance examinations and job oriented exams especially in IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS and ensure that students must selected on merit basis.
Because the hard work of all students must not go in vain, their har dwork must be repaid.
In my opinion I would like to change this in 6 reforms u can choose any of ur 3 reforms u like the most.
