Here is your answer....
Let's take the values in the box as a,b,c and d.
According to the condition,
A +B =8....(1)
A+C =13.....(2)
A-D =6....(3)
B+C = 8...(4)
Add 1 and 2.
2A +B+C = 21
Sub eq. 4
2A = 13
A= 6.5
Then at (1)
6.5 +B =8
B=1.5
Then at (2)
6.5 +C =13
C=6.5
Then at (3)
6.5-D =6
D =12.5.
