how can we punish the president and the governor if they do crimes ? ☺

because 'rule of law' doesn't works if they are holding their offices.☺

first read the 'exceptions of equality' in the attachment and then use your brain and answer my question. ☺☺

Hey mate ,
we can also apply for the impeachment of that powered person who do crime thereafter he/she will be a normal citizen as us then we can report against his/her crimes.

That's actually a very good question!

Answer - As the attachment tells us that the rule of law that is everyone is equal before law cant be implemented on President and Governor if they are holding office so we can do one more thing that is the impeachment to the said person and then later they can be convicted as a ordinary person like us the citizens.

However Media can also a play a vital role in spreading the news about the crime done and then the action can be taken if possible by the house of the parliament.
