Are potassium permanganate and phenolphthalein same things? or is their any difference if yes than what is that?

potassium permanganate and phenolphthalein are not same.
potassium permanganate is internal indicator. We do not requires any other indicator while doing titration with it and it is also a good oxidising agent. Chemical formula of potassium permanganate is KMnO4.
phenolphthalein is an external indicator with chemical formula C20H14O4
