Let sagar has x ₹
Therefore mukund has x+50₹
Now, x(x+50)= 15000
x^2 + 50x =15000
x^2 +50x -15000=0
Finding factors we get
x^2+150x-100x-15000=0
x(x+150)-100(x+150)=0
(x+150)(x-100)
Therefore the values of x = 100,-150
Now we can’t take a negative value here
Therefore x=100 is valid
So sagar has 100₹
And mukund has x+50=100+50=150₹
Therefore mukund has x+50₹
Now, x(x+50)= 15000
x^2 + 50x =15000
x^2 +50x -15000=0
Finding factors we get
x^2+150x-100x-15000=0
x(x+150)-100(x+150)=0
(x+150)(x-100)
Therefore the values of x = 100,-150
Now we can’t take a negative value here
Therefore x=100 is valid
So sagar has 100₹
And mukund has x+50=100+50=150₹
