1) An object with constant accleration and zero velocity is not possible because according to definition of accleration , acceleration is the rate of change in velocity.If velocity is zero then it means the object is at rest.
2) It is also not possible because.., we know that tangent always make a right angle with the radius so when an object is in circular motion, the accleration and velocity are in mutually perpendicular direction.
