Hey guys help me with this question


what is periodic motion? Explain why oscillation done by the pendulum of a clock is said to be periodic motion?????

➡️ Periodic Motion :-- Any motion that repeat itself over nd over again at regular intervals of time is called periodic Motion.

✴️ A simple pendulum is a heavy point mass suspended by a weightless, in extensible and a perfectly flexible string from a rigid distance between the point of suspension and the point of oscillation. when the metallic Bob is displaced from mean position, it execute periodic Motion.

The motion in which a particles or a body vibrates in a regular interval of time is termed as periodic motion.

In pendulum the bob repeats it self by the same interval of time by going at the highest point and Comming at the initial point and again going at the highest point and so on.
