Hey guys please help!!

1)Find the area of a rhombus whose side is 8 cm and whose altitude is 7 cm .If one of its diagonals is 16 cm, find the length of the other diagonal .

2)The side of a rhombus is 5 cm .If its one diagonal is 8 cm, find the area of the Rhombus .

3)The area of a rhombus is 96 CM square .If its one diagonal is 12 cm, find the length of its side .

1) area of rhombus

=1/2 x d1 x d2  = 1/2 x b x h

= 16 x d2 = 8 x 7

= d2 = 7/2 cm

2) use pythagorean theorem

another diagonal will be 6 cm

3) 1/2 x d1 x d2 = 96

6 x d2 = 96

d2 = 16 cm

by using pythagorean theorem,

side will be 10 cm.
