Answer:

Explanation:

Science and technology should always be considered as few of  human achievements that are very helpful to humanity to be effective,  transform life and better human existence. The bad things that happened due to using science are not because science is a curse but because some people are bad and lack virtues of ethics that use it for bad intentions. The existence of such bad and dangerous human beings will not make the appearance of humanity on earth a curse. If that is a curse then what will be not a curse - not to appear - a paradox of the naturality of emergence and social discomfort in the system.

Modern societies should therefore stipulate and put a law as what every capable society should use science for and what it can not to prevent any future damage on humanity and the environment by products of science  that will be brought by a politically intoxicated person of power or an extreme greedy person of wealth.

It is here that the medical slogan "prevention is better than cure" is vitally essential to the common good of humanity - to ban possessing atomic and chemical weapons in any society however responsible they professes to be, as the very nature of the weapons is only to incur damage either in the name of defence of survival or in the name of preventive and necessary  attack.
