Heating effect of electric current:When an electric current is passed through a conductor, the conductor becomes hot after some time and produces heat. This happens due to the conversion of some amount of electric energy, passing through the conductor, into heat energy. This effect of electric current is called heating effect of electric current.

Ohms law:

Ohm's law states that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points.

Joules law of heating: The joule's first law shows the relationship between heatproduced by a flowing electric current through a conductor. The amount of generated heat is proportional to wire's electrical resistance when the current in the circuit and the flow of current is not changed.
