Peninsular - the land which is covered by water on three sides. here, India is a Peninsular Country.

India has two types of rivers
1. East flowing rivers and 2.West flowing rivers.

1) the godavari , Mahanadi are originated in West part of India and flows through the eastern region where it meets the bay of Bengal .

2) In the same way Narmada and Tapi also meets the Arabian Sea which is in Western part.

Population density-
No of people living in per square kilometer. That is high in this region !!
