organic chemistry is the branch of chemistry which deals with the compound made up of mainly carbon and hydrogen.
now a question arises that why organic chemistry is the seperate branch of chemistry? the answer is due to the unique features of carbon's power of catenation and its tetracovalancy due to which it forms structural chains branched chains  and ring like structure.
another reason is that there are number of carbon compounds and it increases day by day.
