4 {}^{2}  + 48 \times (8 - 4) \\  \\ 16 + 48 \times 4 \\  \\ 16 + 192 \\  \\ 208

Again,

1 , 5 = 61

1 {}^{2}  + 15 \times (5 - 1) \\  \\ 1 + 15 \times (4) \\  \\ 1  + 60 \\  \\ 61

And,

3, 2 = ?

3 {}^{2}  + 32  \times (2 - 3) \\  \\ 9 + 32 \times ( - 1) \\  \\9 - 32 \\  \\  - 23

square of 3=9.

we take from 3,2 is 32.

then,

9+32/3-2

41/1

so ,41 is answer.
