Use the I want to delete my account button located inside the Preferences tab on your profile settings page.

yes there is a way
1. click on edit profile
2. click on preferences
3. there was a button indicating I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT
4. click on that button
5. then write down your password to confirm
6. then after some time your account would be deleted
